This agreement, herein referred to as the "Agreement," establishes the terms between the user and MoveOnLive, a leading company in the 2-wheeler automotive business. To engage in this agreement, users must be 18 years or above. MoveOnLive employs various methods, including its website and verbal publicity, for business promotion and monitoring.

1. *Authorization and Understanding:* - Users, upon submitting a signed application, may be registered as "Users" by MoveOnLive. - MoveOnLive retains the discretion to accept or reject applications. - Users are entitled to privileges, including incentives, without territorial restrictions, and access to the Company's website.

2. *Duration, Unique ID/Track ID, Password, and Website:* - The duration spans from the agreement date to contract performance, allowing users to repudiate without penalty. - Unique ID/Track ID is issued by MoveOnLive for user identification. - Password serves as a unique login credential for the Company's website.

3. *User Authorization and Responsibilities:* - MoveOnLive reserves the right to accept or reject applications after scrutiny. - Users benefit from incentives, a cooling-off period, and a return policy within 30 days.

4. *General Terms:* - Users must adhere to Company policies, guidelines, and rules. - The Company reserves the right to modify terms, services, and policies without prior notice.

6. *Duty and Confidentiality:* - Users must maintain secrecy and confidentiality, refraining from disclosing any confidential information.

7. *Special Conditions:* - The Company may modify terms; users not agreeing may terminate within 30 days. - Termination results in the loss of all user rights and entitlements.

8. *Renewal/Agreement Period:* - User authorization is for twelve months, with renewal required for continuation. - The Company may refuse renewal if user activities are not in its interest.

9. *Force Majeure:* - The Company is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to acts of nature or unforeseen events.

10. *Dispute Settlement and Arbitration:* - Disputes shall be settled through mutual discussions; unresolved disputes go to arbitration. - Arbitration proceedings will be conducted in Mumbai , Maharashtra, and governed by Indian law.

These terms are subject to the laws of India, with disputes falling under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
